Dr. Eric and Dawn Janowitz, the owners of Synergy Oviedo Chiropractic, have always believed in the power of community. With over 20 years of experience in chiropractic care and wellness, they have dedicated their careers to helping people live their healthiest lives. But their commitment extends far beyond the walls of their chiropractic practice. Through Synergy Oviedo Chiropractic and the many community initiatives they support, they aim to foster connection, growth, and a sense of belonging among the people of Oviedo.
In 2025, they founded Impact My Community as a natural extension of their mission. Driven by a passion for creating lasting relationships and supporting businesses and families, Impact My Community was created to serve as a platform for local residents, professionals, entrepreneurs, and community leaders to connect, collaborate, and give back to the community.
Our Commitment to Community
Dr. Eric and Dawn believe that community is the foundation for everything. Whether it’s through their chiropractic work, local social groups, or volunteer efforts, they have always been connectors—people who bring others together and create spaces where relationships can flourish.
Dawn is the operator of Ladies of Oviedo, the area’s first and only women’s social group. Through this initiative, Dawn provides a supportive and welcoming environment for women to build friendships, share experiences, and contribute to their local community. She also runs My Oviedo Chatty Chicks, a platform that helps local businesses thrive by promoting them through fun and engaging content. Chatty Chicks brings attention to the local gems of Oviedo while fostering collaboration among business owners and residents.
These initiatives are more than just business ventures—they are part of a deeper vision to empower others to lead, create, and succeed. Dr. Eric and Dawn have worked tirelessly to ensure that Impact My Community is more than just a networking platform. It is a place where every person feels valued, every connection has meaning, and every individual has the opportunity to make a difference.
